Privacy notice

This notice explains how BusineXense processes personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Template text — have counsel review before launch.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, state.
• Verification: KYC status and provider tokens — never raw BVN/NIN numbers.
• Work data: tasks, messages, files, reviews.
• Payments: references and amounts from Flutterwave; card data never touches our servers.
• FieldNet: outlet name, price, photo and approximate GPS, with the seller’s consent.

Retention

Chat and files: life of the order plus 24 months. FieldNet raw photos: 12 months. Ledger records: at least 7 years for tax.

Your rights

Access, correct, export and delete your data from Settings, withdraw consent for each purpose, and contact our Data Protection Officer.
